Information such as income, credit history, net worth will not be shared by the Company under any circumstances.
Why we collect:
We collect your personal information such as Gender, Full Name, DOB and Address to comply with our anti money laundering (AML) obligations and to complete the KYC and client due diligence.
Your email and contact information is used to correspond to you regarding the services we provide and to fulfil our compliance obligations.
We may also ask you about your ethnicity, citizenship, social security number or passport number to comply with our KYC and to complete AML obligations.

Keeping your personal information secure, your data is stored and kept confidential according to the legislation on protection of personal data and processing there of applicable in the jurisdiction in which DB Investing with which you have signed up is located. How long your personal information will be kept:
Once you close your account with DB Investing we shall hold your data for a period of five years to comply with our record keeping obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Your data will then be deleted at the end of the period.
