This process includes document verification such as ID Card, Passport or Driving License, please note that these documents must contain your full name, date of birth, and expiry date.
Also, we require your Proof of Address (POA), such as a Certificate of Residence, utility bill, or Bank Statement. This document must show us your full name and current residential address and date within the last six (06) months.
1st Step. On the left side of your dashboard, you should click on 'Profile'. Seven tabs will be displayed. Please click on Upload Documents.
2nd Step. you will be able to select if you want to upload your ID/Passport or your Proof of Address and fill in all the information in the blank spaces.
To reset your password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password." Follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

1st Step - On the left side of your dashboard, you should click on 'Funds'. A tab will appear, and you should click on 'Deposit Funds’.
2nd Step - you will be able to select the account in which you want to make the deposit and the deposit method. Remember that we accept credit cards, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, and more.

1st Step- Select the account for which you want to modify the password, Click on "View"
2nd Step- A new tab will open. Click on "Change" within the "Trading Platform Password" section and modify your password as desired.
The process for transferring assets between accounts involves initiating a transfer request through the platform. You may need to provide certain details and adhere to any applicable transfer limits or fees.

3rd Step - A window with the information for that account should open immediately. In the bottom right corner, click on “Trading History.”
4th Step - you can view your entire trading history. Go to the “Lots” column and calculate the total sum of the numbers that you must find there. This result will correspond to the total number of lots.
To apply to become a partnership, you can do so through these two options:
First Option:
1st Step- from your dashboard, at the bottom left, you will see "IB Menu." Click on "Request IB."
2nd Step - A new tab will open where you will need to indicate the countries you want to target for your business, and your website, specify that it will be in dollars, and then you should click on “continue.”
3rd Step - A manager will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with more information.
Second Option:
1st Step- enter our website DB Investing - Dream Big Investing, at the top right, click on "partnership."
2nd Step - A new page will open. At the bottom of this page, you will find a box where you can initiate the partnership application, click on “Start Now.”
3rd Step - you will need to fill out all the details in the form, accept the terms and conditions, and click on continue.
4th Step- A manager will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with more information.
