Terms, Conditions & Risk Warning

1. Cashback Promotion Conditions — Cashback is available only to eligible clients who meet the promotion requirements and comply with all applicable Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligible instruments — Cashback applies only to eligible trading activity in Forex Majors and Metals.
3. Minimum trade size — The minimum trade size required for cashback eligibility is 0.01 lots.
4. Eligible closed lots only — Cashback is calculated on eligible closed lots only. Open trades or trades that do not meet the promotion conditions will not qualify.
5. Minimum time on market — Each eligible trade must remain open on the market for a minimum of 300 seconds. Trades closed before 300 seconds will not be eligible for cashback payment.
6. Account balance condition — Cashback or commission is payable only where the client’s account balance is greater than zero. If the account balance is zero or negative, no cashback will be paid.
7. Verified account status — The client’s account must remain fully verified at all times during participation in the promotion.
8. Compliance clearance — The client must remain cleared by Compliance at all times. Cashback may be withheld, adjusted, or cancelled if the client fails to meet compliance requirements.
9. No open disputes — The client must not have any open, pending, or unresolved dispute with DB Investing. Cashback may be withheld or cancelled while a dispute is active.
10. No breach of Terms and Conditions — The client must not be in breach of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach may result in disqualification from the promotion and cancellation of cashback.
11. Different eligibility rules may apply — Different instruments, account types, jurisdictions, client categories, or promotion tiers may have different eligibility rules.
12. Monthly caps may apply — Monthly cashback caps may apply to each promotion tier or client category.
13. Validation after qualification period — Cashback is subject to validation after the end of the qualification period. Cashback will only be credited once the relevant trading activity has been reviewed and approved.
14. No guarantee of profit or risk reduction — Participation in the cashback promotion does not guarantee profit and does not reduce the risk of trading leveraged products.
15. Prohibited abusive or suspicious activity — DB Investing may withhold, adjust, reverse, cancel, or recover cashback if trading activity is abusive, non-genuine, suspicious, fraudulent, manipulative, or inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion.
16. No artificial volume generation — The use of Expert Advisors, artificial intelligence software, automated systems, or any other tools or methods designed to generate fake, artificial, manipulative, or non-genuine lots is strictly prohibited.
17. Promotion termination for abuse or fraud — Any abuse attempt, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of the promotion will result in immediate termination of participation. DB Investing reserves the right to cancel or recover any cashback already paid in such cases.
18. Promotion modification or suspension — DB Investing may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in accordance with the full Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
