Every verified client starts at Starter. Your Level follows your Qualified Lots over the last 365 days — and the higher your Level, the more Points you earn.

Points from trading
From 25 to 50 Points per Qualified Lot, depending on your Level. Trades count when they stay open at least 300 seconds.

Points from funding
Eligible, cleared funding earns Points per USD at your Level's rate. These Points become available within 30 days.

Five Levels
Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black. Your Level is set by your Qualified Lots; funding alone does not change it.

Spend available Points on gift cards, tech and travel vouchers in the Client portal, with the Point price shown up front.

Available Points stay valid for 24 months, unless the Client portal shows a different period.

Your Level is set by your Qualified Lots over the preceding 365 days. New rates apply from the day your Level changes.

Open and verify your account
Open an eligible DB Investing account and complete verification. You start at Starter Level.

Earn Points as you trade
Qualified Lots on trades held at least 300 seconds earn Points at your Level's rate.

Watch your balance grow
Points are credited after processing. Funding Points become available within 30 days.

Rise through the Levels
Your Level follows your Qualified Lots over the last 365 days, and each new Level earns Points faster.

Collect your prize
Choose a prize in the Client portal. Points are deducted once your redemption is approved.

- Set by Qualified Lots over the preceding 365 days. Funding earns Points but does not raise your Level.
- Qualifying trades
- Trades on eligible accounts and instruments that stay open at least 300 seconds.
- Funding Points
- Eligible funding in USD × your Level's rate. Pending for up to 30 days; withdrawals or reversals in that time may reduce them.
- What Points are
- Loyalty units for Rewards only: not cash, not withdrawable, not transferable and no interest. One Point ≈ USD 0.01 of stated redemption value.
- Expiry
- Available Points expire after 24 months, or earlier if your account closes.
- Changes
- Rates, Levels and Rewards may change over time. Your Client portal always shows what applies to you.

How is my Level decided?
By the Qualified Lots recorded over the preceding 365 days. Everyone starts at Starter; Silver needs 100 Qualified Lots and Black needs 2,000. Funding does not change your Level.
How many Points do I earn per lot?
From 25 Points per Qualified Lot at Starter to 50 at Black. Trades count when they stay open at least 300 seconds.
Are Points worth money?
Points are loyalty units for Rewards, not cash. One Point represents approximately USD 0.01 of stated redemption value, but Points cannot be withdrawn and can only be used for Rewards.
Do my Points expire?
Yes. Available Points expire 24 months after they become available, unless the Client portal shows a different period. They may also expire if your account closes.
What happens if I withdraw funds?
Withdrawing soon after funding may reduce or cancel pending funding Points. It never limits your right to withdraw your money.
What can I redeem Points for?
Gift cards from Amazon.ae and Noon, a 6-month ENTERTAINER membership, travel vouchers, and tech such as Apple Watch, PlayStation 5, iPhone 17 Pro and MacBook Air. Prizes depend on availability.
